Domestic Product Warranty Conditions

1. For maximum satisfaction, the company is happy to exchange products if the product is in a flawed condition / does not match the order / is damaged during transportation (notify within three days from the date of receiving the product). After the specified period, the company reserves the right to be responsible for damages incurred in all cases.
2. It is recommended to take a video while unpacking the package and test the product usage for consideration in the case that the product is defective or damaged.
3. In cases where the product is not qualified due to the manufacturer’s error, For example, if the perfume smells different from the original, the company will accept product claims within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The customer must present the receipt that clearly states the date and product list.
4. The company reserves the right to judge and decide whether the product is within the warranty Conditions. The company’s decision is the final decision.
5. The company reserves the right to alter the conditions without prior notice.
6. The company reserves the right to guarantee products within Thailand only.

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

1. Product that is not ordered directly from the company.
2. The product has been damaged due to neglect or misuse by the customer.
3. If it exceeds the specified period, it will be considered to be caused by the customer’s use and unable to be claimed according to the conditions set by the company.
